David Cowan is a Scottish researcher into a Masonic Village, Poltergeists, Irish Round Towers, Spirits, Demonic Attack, Ley Lines, Ill-health, and Dowsing. He has walked over 3,000 miles using divining rods to follow ley lines emitted by the standing stones and circles of Scotland. He is the author of two books, "Ley Lines and Earth Energies" (co-authored with Chris Arnold) and "Safe as Houses: Ill Health and Electro Stress in the Home" (the latter being out of print but can be read online). Born in Glasgow, Scotland, in 1936, David did national service in the RAF and then trained as printer, retiring early to write and continue his research.
