Mine your moments for good feelings

Mining the moment for something that feels good, something to appreciate, something to savor, something to take in, that's what your moments are about.

They're not about justifying your existence. It's justified. You exist. It's not about proving your worthiness. It's done. You're worthy.

It's not about achieving success. You never get it done.

Abraham: Appreciation and self-love

"Remember, you are an extension of Source Energy and, when you are allowing your full connection to your Source, you feel good.

And, to the degree that you dis-allow your connection, you feel less good.

You are pure, positive Energy. You are love! You expect good things.

You respect and love yourself. You respect and love others
- and, you are a natural born appreciator.

Appreciation and self-love are the most important aspects you could ever nurture. Appreciation of others and the appreciation of yourself are the closest vibrational matches to Source Energy of anything we have ever witnessed anywhere in this Universe."

- Abraham-Hicks, ASK AND IT IS GIVEN, page 103

Find thoughts that feel good, because it is inevitable that you are going to always be moving toward something. So why not be moving toward something that is pleasing? You can't cease to vibrate, and Law of Attraction will not stop responding to the vibration that you are offering. So, expansion is inevitable. You provide it, whether you know you do, or not. The only question is, what is the standard of joy that you are demanding for yourself? From your Nonphysical perspective, it's a high, high standard.

If you get a diagnosis that is not what you want to hear, the tendency is to say, "Oh, my god! how did I get so far away from something I want so much?" And we say, it isn't big like that at all -- it's just a series of little things. It is the, "I could choose this thought which feels good, or this thought which doesn't feel so good. But I've developed a pattern for what doesn't feel good. And so, it is the daily dose of not being in the receiving mode that keeps me not in the receiving mode." And that's all that it is!

You cannot worry about someone and love them at the same time. Most people mistake the emotion of worry for the emotion of love. They think that worrying about somebody means that you love them.

When does the action take place?
Q: So if I get in that vortex and I feel that, when does the action have to take place?

A: Spoken like someone not in there yet. Because when you get in there, those kinds of questions don't occur to you. In other words, that's a question spoken from an absence of what I want. But when you get in there, you're so busy having rendezvous, you're so busy recognizing the beauty of your life, you're so busy hooking up, you're so busy following the trail to the next exciting thing that you don't want to know when's it all going to get there because it's coming to you so fast and so steadily and so satisfyingly...

where's my stuff???
The only reason it is not coming is because of the vibrational contradiction within you. It hasn't got anything to do with whether you work or don't work. It's all about the story you are telling. It's all about the story you are telling and the way you feel when you tell it.
